"The application of laser processes is one way in the process of the solar cell efficiency increase. The laser processes are suitable for selective layer structuring, dicing, scribing and drilling. The laser beam interacts with a functional structure during application of laser processes on a solar cell, which influences the final characteristics of the solar cell. It was found out during previous study, that the laser-prepared structures intersecting the pn junction of solar cells exhibit ohmic behaviour, cause changes in the electrical parameters of cells and can deteriorate their properties. The proposed methodology is therefore focused on the evaluation of changes in the parameters of solar cells due to laser processing. This methodology is primarily designed for industrial practice, where the optimization and continuous testing of laser structures in the functional structure of solar cells is solved. Further use of the methodology is based on laboratory research in order to optimize the laser process and to develop high efficiency advance solar cells structures or solar cells for new application."@en .
