The rapid detection of the viruses is very important to prevent against pandemic spread. The method of rapid detection is presented in this work. Techniques using micro- and nanotechnology are used for implementation of the method to lab on a chip. The paramagnetic particles are modified using biotechnology to make easy separation and electrochemical detection of viral nucleic acids.
