"This article deals with non-destructive study of the single-crystal solar cells. Our samples are made out of the pure silicon through the use of diffusion process. Our aim is to assess quality of production technology and solar cells in forward and/or reverse direction. This sphere of research is quite difficult. Hence, serious attention has been given to current transport phenomena investigation and temperature dependencies determination. Some interesting parameters such as serial and leakage resistance have been determined during this study. The He based cryogenic system with high temperature operating range has been used for measurement purposes."@en .
