"This functional sample deals with device prototype of external pressure vessel with magnetorheologic valve for hydraulic shock absorber with single casing. Suggested solution enables to upgrade the common hydraulic damper to remote controlled adjustable competition damper. The design is based on replacement of the external pressure vessel of the common hydraulic damper which enables significant improvement of the chassis regulation and control possibilities. The MR valve can be controlled by electric signal from practically anywhere while standard adjustable hydraulic damper has its controlling elements placed directly on damper body. The design of suggested device is simple thus there are none difficult and expensive manufacturing technologies required.
