The first model was made for measurement of velocity of particles by optical measuring methods; therefore it had to be fabricated from optically transparent material. The second model is divided into segments to allow repeated disassembling and evaluation of local deposition characteristics. Experiments with deposition of aerosol were performed on the segmented model and the evaluation was realized by fluorometry and by weighting of segments. Aerosol was produced by condensation monodisperse aerosol generator from di-2-ethyl hexyl sebacate. Size of particles was 3 um. Results acquired by fluorometry and weighting of segments differ; therefore more experiments have to be done to disclose a reason of differences."@en . .
