The configuration of a crack with its tip at the interface between protective and main layers is analyzed. Material properties of the main material and protective layer are considered as time dependent. It is assumed in the problem studied in the paper that the values of Young's moduli of both materials are decreasing during service life of the structure, however the change of the Young's moduli ratio between the protective layer and substrate is constant. The time dependent values of generalized stress intensity factor and stress singularity exponents are estimated. The influence of loading conditions (loading by a remote stress or displacement) on the generalized stress intensity factors and exponents of stress singularity is presented."@en .
