"Atomization of high-viscosity and waste liquids is performed using Y-jet or effervescent atomizers with utilization of an atomizing gas. Known effervescent nozzles enable atomization of liquids with high-viscosity. Their disadvantage is a tendency to unsteable spray at minimum load. Already at a ratio of min. a max. flow-rate of 0.5 the spray is unsteable at the minimum flow-rate.
