"In the simulation of forming process, the influence of strain and strain rate on the hardening was taken into account. To find the parameters of the Johnson Cook and Zerilli Armstrong material models, the Taylor anvil test was carried out. Then the finite element method (FEM) simulations of the Taylor Anvil Test were performed in the FEM system AnsysLS Dyna. These simulations were performed for the large amount of variation of appropriately chose material models parameters. The neural network method was used to solve the inverse problem of finding material parameters by comparing the results of simulations with the shape of the experimental specimen. Then the FEM model of compound die for the second forming operation of fabrication the M6 nut was created.
