Among others, mechanical properties of this material depend on a size, a spahe and a count of graphite noduls in matrix. Thus, metallurgical processes have a significant influence. In orderto provide nodular graphite shape, the melt have to be modified during manufacturing by magnesium. The modification effect is apparent when a minimum of dissolved magnesium in melt is 0,025 %. During interval between the end of modification reaction andd the moment of casting, gradual losses of magnesimum content happen, thus the mofication effect is dumping out. The period of sufficient modification depend on initial content of dissolved magnesium in melt and on the dumping out rate."@en . "308/2005" .
