The nodular cast iron ranks to all important branches of engineering industry already. Recently, it startsto substitute casts of grey cast iron and steel as well, even in the event of cyclically loaded components e.g gears, crankshafts or half-time shafts [1,2]. During cycling, an irreversible process of mechanical properties happens. The fatigue fraacture is initiated at an specific cycle count when the working stress is higher than the fatigue limit. For W\u00F6hler\u00B4s curves and the fatigue limit determination is usually used a group of 12 to 15 specimens, which are removed from different places of a cast keel block. The fatigue limit of the material is influenced by many factors, which count defects as shrinkage porosity and impurities as well, which are formed during casting.
