"In assessing the energy performance of energy-saving houses is very important the airtightness of building envelope. Therefore it is necessary to ensure a perfect seal all windows and doors. Nowadays we are able to make a revision of these details by two main methods of control. First is the method BlowerDoor and next is the thermal imaging. But the best is combination of these two. This article discusses the measurement of airtightness on passive timber structure. The test results did not comply standard requirements for passive houses due to defects in the building envelope such as gap in window or air permeability of sheet materials with airstop function."@en . . . .
