Problems of the true fracture energy of concrete (railway sleeper's concrete) are analysed in this paper. The fracture energy of concrete, which is necessary for the true fracture energy determining, could be obtained by testing notched-beam specimen subjected on three-point bend. The stochastic model of this test is presented in tthis paper.
