Key processes are particularly adaptation of new staff and adaptation of existing staff to new conditions in the reorganization and optimization processes. Performance management and development of individuals, based on regular assessments, clearly leads to enhance the functioning of the team, resp. company. Performance management and development of workers is becoming a management priority.
