"The number of inhabitants, their age structure and qualification structure are important factors of the performance of economies and labour markets. The number of inhabitants is determined by nativity rate, significant impact has also spatial movement. Although the number of migrants who are coming to the Czech Republic from abroad is increasing year by year and the Czech Republic is sought after country by foreigners, the rate of internal migration is relatively low in comparison with neighbouring countries. People in the Czech Republic are characterized by generally low willingness to migrate that is related to low flexibility of labour market and with higher level of especially structural unemployment. The aim of this article is analyse internal migration in the Czech Republic and express its effects on the population, age structure and labour market in the selected region by using a system dynamics model."@en .
