"The paper deals with improving enterprise performance based on the idea of improving performance of middle managers. According to opinion of the authors, managerial games represent one of possible and effective tools for improving performance of managers. Managerial training can be considered as a key activity in the development of human resources. The paper contains the proposal of managerial game named %22Strategic Challenge%22 including a description of the procedure and game rules, outlining model scenarios, recommendations for continuous and follow-up evaluation.
