"Contemporary management is not only a dynamically developing scientific discipline, flexible responsing to ever more rapidly changing ambient conditions and the situation in the real markets, but also a demand interdisciplinary field of study. The authors of management courses are constantly employed with considerations how scientifically valid knowledge about leadership and management of people as efficiently as possible to forward to students - future managers - to manage transfering it as closely as possible into practice. Considering the fact that traditional forms of managers education have many limitations, it is not possible to get an approach between theory and practice without innovations in education.
