"The aim of the work was to examine the effect of selected disinfectants on the growth and production of deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin. Nutritive media were prepared with different concentration of the tested disinfectants (Desanal A plus , ProCura spray and Guaa - Pool) and were inoculated with Fusarium moulds (density of 105 spores / ml). The quantification of T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenol was performed using commercially manufactured kits. Individual strains show a great difference in the formation of toxins. The using of low concentrations of disinfectants inhibit growth fusarium and ergo no production of T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenol."@en . . .
