These bacteria grow under microaerobic conditions (3?10% O2) and temperatures from 15 \u00B0C to 37 \u00B0C. These bacteria can form microbial communities known as biofilms. A biofilm is an organized system of cells growing on such various surfaces as plastic, glass, metal and wood that is exposed to an aqueous environment. This work is focusing on optimization of multiplex-EMA/PMA-PCR method.
