"The presented contribution summarizes the partial results obtained by indirect electrochemical oxidation of aminoantrachinone dye Acid Blue 62 carried out in an aqueous solution of sodium chloride, which was observed in the GCMS analysis of AOX formation of degradation products at concentrations of 5 to 11 mg l-1. This is in contradiction with the conclusions of the work carried out under conditions similar to analogous compounds that have been published recently. For this reason, when studying the reaction mechanism of oxidation of A.B. 62 paid increased attention to the mechanism and rate of AOX, dependingon pH and time of electrolysis. The results raise the need to amend the previously accepted idea of the reaction mechanism and extend it to emerging dsorbable chlorinated organic compounds, the relative proportion and total number varies depending on the pH and thus alsodepending on the prevailing oxidation and also chlorination reagent."@en .
