"The PCR method for confirmation of Tri5 gene which encodes the production trichothecene mycotoxins were performed for all tested strains of Fusarium. Just the doormant isolate was negative. The trichothecene toxins production of different cultur was examined for three pure strains and one strain from wheat isolated. The toxins were extracted with acetonitrile. The concentration of targeted toxins was performed using the vacuum concentrator. The T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenon toxins analysis was performed using the ELISA test set. The influence of microbs (Pantoea agglomerans CCM 298, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and fungicides (Horizon 250 EW, Falcon 460 EC) at targeted toxins production was observed in F. graminearum CCM F - 683 and from wheat isolate."@en .
