The sample consisted of 335 subsidiaries of large multinational companies with more than 50 employees and an annual turnover of more than 30 million CZK (1.2 mil. Euro). Respondents answered questions dealing with the existence and implementation process of a code of ethics in selected subsidiaries with special regard to the effect of national culture.
