"The aim of the work is to identify factors that are important for trainees of different styles of karatedo. The focus group method were use to identify 56 terms, which were selected by q-sort. Subjects in all styles of karatedo agreed that most of their karatedo is associated with friendship, which in all styles of karatedo achieved an average score of 3 or higher. However, on the other side of the scale karate practitioners consistently placed the terms drug, aggression and negative emotions, which means that they definitely do not associate their karatedo with these terms. Important factors (excluded by factor analysis) of karate for our group are factors of non-competitive game, sport concept of karatedo, training obstacles, movement drill and decrease in motivation to performance."@en . .
