"Presentation of the results, which were based on group training evaluated by bioimpedance analysis, we compared the two different types of physical activity. The first consisted of comprehensive training with higher intensity, which was monitored during testing Sport-Testers task was to strengthen the body and the effect on fat reduction. The second test group of probands underwent training on spinning bicycle priority in alternating aerobic and anaerobic zones. Both of groups underwent this 8 week training program and contributed as a pilot study for a future compilation perfect training session for the general public to achieve maximum results in the reduction of fat. Training unit probands was carried out 2 times a week under the supervision of professional trainers in the fitness and spinning program. Measurements with Bodystat held at the beginning and at the end of the research. Testing was attended by 10 women aged 22-51 years."@en .
