We looked at which interventions the students need the most. We wanted to know how students evaluate their own skills, what they find difficult. The second phase of the research was based on practicing teacher's experience. Teachers were to state what they feel they should improve. The answers of teachers and students corelate in many ways. Both groups see failings in the skill of adequate methods and forms of teaching. The results of the research will help us with selecting pedagogical interventions, that is, systematic approach of teachers in subject matter methodology courses and during the teaching practice."@en .
