. "DYNAMIC GEOVISUALISATION IN CRISIS MANAGEMENT" . "There is a rapid expansion of IT (information technologies) and telecommunications technologies in recent years. Especially small mobile equipment became widely spread. There are possibilities to use them in emergency situations, but they have special cartographic requirements. Cartographers try to react on this development process by designing specific symbology, legend, unique control elements, and contextual simplification. Analog maps and static digital sources are nowadays commonly used on the field of emergency management. No online data are usually available and existing data are of various legibility and not fully compliant with users demands. There exist different users groups with variable requests (firefighters, police squads...) and the maps should be useable for all of them without any special skills. Presented article shows how dynamic geovisualisation can provide useful and efficient information in real time and support the decisions on example of dangerous materials transportation." .
