"In order to investigate the versatility of proteome of leukemic cells undergoing terminal differentiation, we performed two-dimensional electrophoresis of proteins extracted from BM2 monoblasts induced differentiation inducers TPA and TSA for various time periods and compared it with two-dimensional electrophoretogram of untreated control cells. Similar analyses were performed with BM2RAR cells upon induction with retinoic acid. Some of the spots of differentially expressed proteins were digested with trypsin and identified by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry as heat shock protein 70, protein-glutamine glutamyltransferase 4, prostaglandin-D-synthase, EMS1, nucleobindin 2 precursor (DNA-binding protein NEFA), actin, ARP2/3 protein complex subunit 3 and chaperonin Hsp60. Biological significance of versatility of these proteins in differentiating BM2 cells is currently investigated."@en . . . . . . "80-210-3635-4" . "V\u00E1\u0148a, Petr" . "6"^^ . . . .
