"The paper focus on the ways how children, specifically children aged 8-10 and 12-13 years, are projecting their future lifes, how are they presenting them, what are their aspirations, expectations and wishes for the future. It is based on the different sources of qualitative data (drawings, essays, creating timelines etc.), gathered within the wider research project realized at two moravian primary schools. Data shows how children perceive social standards and values relating to different periods of life, and how they perceive different expectations in relation to gender.
