Labour relations are subject to the New Civil Code, where the Labour Code cannot be applied. The regulation of legal acts and consequences of erroneous legal acts included in the New Civil Code is applied in the labour relations regularly. The Labour Code modifies the general regulation contained in the New Civil Code only through a limited number of special provisions.
