One of the specific areas in which it is necessary to address the issue of equal treatment is the care of employees. A different treatment is quite commonly identified within employers\u2019 system of vocational development and improvement of qualification. To a certain extent it is a very natural consequence of the employees\u2019 establishment of care of employees. In some cases, however, hidden or open inequalities may result out of these differences.
