Among these indicators of the dependent work the performance of work within the relations of the employer\u2019s superiority and employees\u2019 subordination and in the employers\u2019 name stand as the most important. With respect to the recent changes in the world of labour, the strict clinging on the subordination indicator seems to lead to a dead end.
