"value orientation; personality; life satisfaction"@en . "The aim of this research was to create the typology of value orientations of contemporary adolescents. Additionally, we were supposed to explore the relation among certain value orientation and the level life satisfaction. The cluster analysis was applied to identify four basically the same types for girls and boys. Types do not differ in the level of life satisfaction. Therefore our results confirm indirectly the assumption that satisfaction with own life is connected to reaching goals and fulfilling values in the frame of the certain cultural context, not to its content, it means not to the type of value orientation. We can understand values as one of moderator variables with indirect influence. Our research also contributed to the relation of value orientation and selected personality characteristics. In consequent studies, we expect further observation of resources of life satisfaction and exploration of relation among particular variables."@en . . . .
