The measured branching fraction B\u00F0\u03D2\u00F01S\u00DE RIGHTWARDS ARROW J=\u03C8 \u00FE \u03C7c1 \u00DE is 1/23.90 1.21\u00F0stat\u00DE 0.23\u00F0syst\u00DE x 10MINUS SIGN 6. The 90% C.L. upper limits on the branching fractions of the other modes having a significance of less than 3\u03C3 are determined.
