Microprocessor electronic unit is in a plastic box having closure IP65. Photometer can be used for the lautering process control. Photometer can be successfully used in a brewing house for monitoring and controlling of mash lautering process. Appropriate light band used at light source diminishes the photometr`s sensitivity to colour changes of the sample. Monitoring of light source changes brings about excellent long term stability.
