"Stereoscopy is recently very popular method which depicts objects and environment in three-dimensions. 3D (stereoscopic) projection is used in movies or computer games, nevertheless, when compared to 2D movies, it is not used very frequently and the amount of stereoscopic movies and materials is much lower. Hence, new materials are required to be prepared. The chemistry education is not exception. Hence the new stereoscopic materials for chemical education are under preparation. Some factors and parameters affecting the stereoscopic movies preparation and treatment (at amateur conditions) were tested and optimized. It was shown that the optimal ratio (ratio between distance of objects from camera and distance of objectives of camera) is greater than 1:12 (for distance less than 5 m), but ratios up to 1:8 are also acceptable. Keying (Chroma key) showed to be also possible. Zooming led to the object deformation and it is not recommended to use to movies were the proportions of the objects are important."@en . . . .
