"Using molecular genetic approach, the prevalence of members of genera Sapovirus, Kobuvirus, and Mamastrovirus was investigated in asymptomatic pigs of different age groups in the Czech farms. The most prevalent virus was kobuvirus (87.3%), followed by astrovirus (34.2%) and sapovirus (10.2%). Statistically significantly highest number of positive samples was detected in the age group of post-weaning pigs. Considering the possible zoonotic potential of monitored viruses, their genetic diversity and degree of similarity to human strains was also determined.
