"The level of clinical susceptibility and trends in resistance to antimicrobials was determined by broth microdilution method in the population of 133 isolates of P. multocida, 63 isolates of M. haemolytica and of 89 E. coli isolates which were drawn from clinical cases of cattle diseases in the years 2007-2009. A significant trend of increasing resistance was determined up to 29.2% resistant isolates of M. haemolytica and 20.4% resistant isolates of P. multocida to oxolinic acid in 2009. Decreased resistance of isolates to quinolones was established in E. coli with resistance to oxolinic acid and flumequine in 4.8% of isolates and 0 % of resistance to enrofloxacin in 2009. A significant trend of increasing resistance to gentamicin up to 85.7% of resistant isolates was determined for P. multocida in 2009 and 81.9% for M. haemolytica in 2008.
