"The compressibility of soil was measured in laboratory consolidation press Geotest after taking of undisturbed soil samples in calibrated rollers. The soil in samplers was exposed to the pressure of 200 kPa for a period of 300 seconds. There was proved a favourable influence of high compost doses from waste biomass on soil volume weight in conditions of soil compressibility. The highest values of soil volume weight showed the variant without compost dose. It is related both to the starting values and values obtained after loading of soil samples. The sequence of another experimental variants corresponds to a hypothesis about favourable influence of increasing compost doses on soil resistence to compressibility."@en . .
