Pokusy byly prov\u00E1d\u011Bny na principu jednostup\u0148ov\u00E9 anaerobn\u00ED digesce, v mezofiln\u00ED oblasti. U zpracov\u00E1van\u00E9 tr\u00E1vy byla provedena dezintegrace lisov\u00E1n\u00EDm a po\u0159ez\u00E1n\u00EDm. Tato \u00FAprava materi\u00E1lu se projevila ve zv\u00FD\u0161en\u00E9 produkci bioplynu. "With increasing level and productivity of agricultural production also increases land area not utilized for food production. This area can be used for energy crops growing including the grasses. In the case when the land is introduced in the set-aside condition by grassing or there is not utilized potential of perennial grasses due to reduced cattle herd, there also increases amount of grass which can not be utilized for energy purposes. The experiments were carried-out on principle of single-stage anaerobic digestion within the mezophyle range. During the experiments was measured the cumulative production of biogas and its composition. For the processed grass was performed disintegration through pressing and cutting. Such adaptation of material has resulted in increased biogas production. Also optimum share of grass dry matter from 35 to 50 % in total d.m. of the mixture has shown increased cumulative biogas production.
