"This work was focused on the development of dairy products type yogurt and drink containing probiotics microorganisms whose amount fullfills the legislative requirements throughout the expiration date. The products were enriched prebiotic components concretely oligofructose or chicory inulin in a dose of 5 % by weight to ensure of prebiotic effect. It was achieved of synbiotic character of both products. Were tested strains of Collection of dairy microorganisms Laktoflora, lactobacilli CCDM 150 and 151, Bifidobacterium sp. CCDM 94 and enterococci CCDM 922 and 945. Were evaluated count of microorganisms, pH and content of fructans after cultivation and next in four time intervals throughout the expiration. Result was to propose two possible combinations for both types of products with satisfy the sensory attributes and content of probiotic microorganisms at the end of consumption."@en .
