Starch free extracts we prepared by sequential extraction and they have increased content of beta-glucans and proteins. These isolates have considerable biological activity especially toward Enterococcus faecium. Positive reaction of other tested Lactobacillus a Bifidobacterium strains depends on individuality of strains. Influence of the surfactants on the extracts was tested as influence to the solubility measured under different pH. Interesting results were shown with bile acids, because it confirms interaction between extracts and bile acids.
