"Database contains the file of markers - methanol, acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, higher alcohols, ethyl-esters of fatty acids, flavours in different sorts fruit spirits( pears brandy, apple brandy, sour cherry and sweet cherry brandy, apricots brandy, plum brandy ). Total 153 samples of fruit spirits were analysed by method of gas chromatography GC/FID and GC/MSD. These methods serve especially for separation individual sorts of fruit spirits. For authenticity determination of fruit spirits were used methods of stable isotope ( nuclear magnetic resonance-NMR and isotope mass spectrometry -IRMS ). These methods serve for the detection of adulteration fruit spirits with addition other sort of ethanol or sugar, what is not from fruit. All the results were statistically processed."@en .
