In the first prepurification step was used biospecific affinity chromatography based on high affinity of this type of lectin to N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. In the second step was used ionexchange chromatography. Prepurificated lectin was separated to three isolectins. It was realised calibration curve for standard with correlation coefficient 0,9990.
