To simultaneous calculation of breeding values of all traits, it is necessary to input data files contain information about all the traits. To separate the influence of genetic from the environment it is necessary to combine animals with the same or very similar environmental conditions into one group and separate them from the animals with different environmental conditions. This should be included due to technical reasons ensured that each class has a sufficient number of individuals or records. Furthermore, the methodology contains recommendations to change the use of genetic groups to estimate genetic parameters and breeding values. The aim was to ensure sufficient robustness calculations, where the emphasis is on ensuring sufficient numbers of classes within each genetic group. Model equations for calculating of breeding values will include for both reproduction traits these effects: quadratic regression to the accompanying variable within the order of farrowing (for first one it is the square of age at first farrowing, for other it is the square of the length of the farroving interval), the class farrowing order, breed of boars, HYS, type of mating, permanent sow effect, random effects of animal and residual effects. For production traits in model equations are effects: type of test, HYS, sex, and random effect of animal and litter, and residual effect. In addition to the lean meat trait equation will contain effects: linear regression on the weight at the end of the test and the type of ultrasound devices.
