Upon reaching the average target slaughter weight of 550 kg, the animals were slaughtered and hot carcass and internal fat weights were recorder. Gascon bulls had heavier carcasses by 15.4 and 24.0 kg than Czech Pied and Holstein bulls, respectively. These differences were also reflected in dressing percentages which were 60.6, 57.4 and 55.0 %."@en .
