"Pigs carcass body evaluation in the EU countries applies the method of estimation a lean meat content in pig carcass bodies subsequently categorized according to the scale of the SEUROP syst\u00E9m. For the development trend of pigs meatiness during the last10 years discovering the research data of SEUROP system in our country were used. It was found the carcass lean meat content substantially increased. To improve the level of meatiness regarding the high level of carcass value heritability the breeding measures are needed."@en .
