"The aim of the work was to determine the significance of chosen systematic effects on traits of milk production in dairy goats and to compare the usefulness of eight variants of statistical models of variance analysis. Variability of examined traits was significantly influenced by effects of flock and year or test day, age of goat, litter size and stage of lactation. The variants of statistical models with the effect of test day included shows significantly higher variability of all examined traits thatraits than variants of statistical models with the effect of herd and year included. Kidding is strictly seasonal in the Czech Republic and then the animals in approximately the same stage of lactation were compared within individual test days. This is a reason of the fact that effect of test day explained also high part of variability connected with the stage of lactation." . .
