"The influence of fertilization with digestate, digestate plus straw, cattle slurry and mineral NPK on the growth of spring barley and soil organic carbon was evaulated in the pot experiment. Dose of individual fertilizers has been converted to a uniform dose of 100 kg/ha. The yield of grain and straw of barley significantly reflected the forms of nitrogen, in which it was delivered. The highest yield in both soils was reached after mineral NPK fertilizer, followed by the application of digestate, cattle slurry and digestate with straw added. Digestate fertilization alone did not improve significantly the status of soil organic matter compared to unfertilized variant. Addition of straw to the digestate increased the content of hot water extractable organic carbon in the soil and increased the content of hydrophobic components of soil organic matter."@en . "5" .
