"There are many factors playing the key roll for detection of perspective genetic resources in the field of technological and nutritive quality. Besides possibilities of searching of new genetic resources, their precise registration and responsible field management, it is necessary to use new genetic methods in the combination with modern analytical procedures covering a wider complex of grain parameters. In our analyses, these demands were confirmed by the method of HMW and LMW glutenin characteristics. As very perspective analytical methods, it is possible to emphasize the retention capacity of flour and protein fractionation in the combination with their NIR spectroscopy prediction. We found out several materials with the extreme level of protein content and values of Zeleny sedimentation.
