The addition to media in concentrations 0, 40, 80, 120 a 160 mg.l-1 was test, while rooting of plants plum variety \u00B4Bluefree\u00B4 and peach variety \u00B4Redhaven\u00B4 was done in vitro conditions. For experiment was used MS media with IBA 2 mg.l-1. As the results show, the phloroglucinol play an important role on rooting of both species. In case of plum variety \u00B4Bluefree\u00B4 were achieved 50% of rooted plants on media with 80 mg.l-1of phloroglucinol. Plants peach variety \u00B4Redhaven\u00B4 showed better results while 160 mg.l-1 of phloroglucinol was addend, and in this variant rooted 56% of the plants."@en . .
