"The possibility of acetone-butanol-ethanol (ABE) fermentation was verified using non-arranged hydrolysates of lingocellulosic raw materials from agrarian sector gained by a thermal-pressure process with glucose concentration less than 15 g. l-1 and with a total sugar content of about 15 -30 g. l-1 in charged fermented experiments with different species and strains of Clostridium spp. In the realized hydrolyzed and fermented experiments was reached from 1 tone of lignocellulosic substrates of about 21,7 \u2013 93,1 kg of ABE products. The yield of ABE products from wheat and rape seed straw gained by thermal-pressured process represented at alcohol fermentation using Clostridium beijerinckii of 29,2 \u2013 32,4 % per weight of sugar inputs, which is comparable with the presented yield cited by authors using model substrates based on glucose."@en .
